For some schools / preschools, parents pre-register for the school photo day online and we only photograph children who have been registered online before the photo day. If this applies to your child’s school, you will receive information from the school with registration details in advance of the day that we are scheduled to come out to your child’s school.

We do not offer online proofing for all schools and preschools with some insitutions running a manual ordering system via the school / preschool. If this applies to your child’s school, you will need to order as directed by the school administrator.

For some schools and preschools, we offer online proofing of images only. If this applies to your child’s school and you have pre-registered for the school photo day, you should receive a code by e-mail as soon as the photos go live on our proofing site. Click our ORDER HERE button at the top right of this page and enter your code to view your photos. If you did not pre-register for photos, you may receive a hard copy proofsheet with a code for you to access your photos.

Yes, you can. For digital files, these are available as an add-on to your photo pack - you will need to complete the order form that you should receive in your photo pack. For additional photo packs, please either contact us at hello@whitehallstudios.co.uk or advise your preschool manager. If you order an extra photo pack prior to the preschool order deadline, we can send them over to the preschool at no delivery cost.
