What to Expect?
This photoshoot only allows 1 baby per session, unless twins.
Only black and white backgrounds are available for our baby photoshoots.
Babies can be unpredictable, so patience and flexibility are essential. Our photographer will work at the baby's pace, allowing for breaks, feeding, and changes as needed.

What is Included?
30 minutes of uninterrupted photoshoot time.
Online gallery access to with all digital files included. While we don’t promise a fixed number of images per session, we aim for between 5 to 50 different images in the session (depending on how co-operative your little one is!)
Mix of colour and black and white images
When parents are willing (!) we encourage parents to be included in some of the photos as we find these are a wonderful way of visualising the bond that exists between you and your baby
Option to purchase prints from your photo gallery.
Ready to book your baby photoshoot?
Step 1
Please enquire using our contact form confirming your desired date and time, and pay the applicable photoshoot fee upon booking. Note we typically arrange baby photoshoot in our studio late afternoons during the week or Saturday mornings.
Step 2
Don’t forget to mark your calendar and attend the scheduled appointment. On the day of your baby’s photoshoot, kindly arrive in our studio premises 10 minutes early before the actual time of the session.
Step 3
After your session, we will provide you with a link to an online gallery of all of your images from where you will be able to download all of your images for any personal use requirements (sharing online, printing etc).
Studio Booking Policy
1. Booking Process
To secure a photography session, clients must complete a booking form and pay the total amount of service.
2. Confirmation
Booking confirmation will be provided upon receipt of the completed booking form and payment. The session date and time will be reserved exclusively for the client upon booking. Alongside the Booking Confirmation, a Cancellation Policy is included.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Clients may reschedule their session, subject to availability, at no additional charge, provided that notice is given more than 7 days prior to the original session date. If clients request for a reschedule within 7 days of their original booking date, a £20 rescheduling fee will be applied.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled session date will incur a fee, which is 50% of the total amount paid. Cancellations on the day or within 24 hours will mean payment to the service will be forfeited and will not be refunded
- In the event of a cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, efforts will be made to reschedule the session at a mutually convenient time.
4. Late Arrivals
Clients are encouraged to arrive 10 minutes early for their scheduled session. Any delays may result in a shortened session duration, and the session fee will not be adjusted accordingly.
5. Client Cooperation
Clients are expected to cooperate with the photographer and follow any instructions provided during the session to ensure the best possible outcome.
6. Image Delivery
The photographer will provide clients an online gallery where they can access all their digital photos. Photo prints can be purchased separately.
7. Usage Rights
Clients are granted personal usage rights to the images provided by the photographer. Any commercial or promotional use of the images must be agreed upon separately and may incur additional fees.
8. Changes to Policy
This booking policy is subject to change without prior notice. Clients will be notified of any changes via email or other communication channels.
