We run our studio on both a pre-booked and a drop-in basis.

If you want to make sure of a studio time, book using the booking button below. We offer 10 minute booking times from 9am to 6pm and are open throughout the day.

We charge a £ 10 booking fee for all pre-booked sessions. The booking fee guarantees your photoshoot time and the £10 prepaid can be used as a credit for any print or digital purchase online.

For all photoshoots, all edited images will be put into a secure password protected online gallery from where you can purchase both print and digital photo packages.

In the event that you need to change your booking time, you can amend your booking time online subject to there being available alternative time slots.

For the less organised (the care-free……. the dreamers…..) who choose to drop in, we have two studios running all day and will get to you as soon as a studio becomes available.

As graduates come out in waves around the ceremony times, if you can drop in before the rush, you will have minimal waiting time.

There’s plenty of space in the Hub to sit and relax while you wait.

Once you’ve had your photos taken, we have a couple of computers on-site to view your images to make sure that you’re happy with your images before you leave (and if something’s not quite right, we can always retake a shot before you go).

We know that choosing your images / print sizes can take some time especially when there’s several family members and everyone has a strong opinion as to which one to choose (!) so we’re leaving the choosing to you at home and in your own time.

At the photoshoot, you will receive a unique QR and access code which you’ll be able to use to register to view your photos online. We aim to get all images online within 24 / 48 hours of your photoshoot for you to be able to choose your print / digital package.

And don’t worry - if you lose your access code, please get in touch with us with your name and date of graduation and we’ll be able to advise your access code so that you can view / purchase your photos.

We do both individual and family photos in the studio and we can accommodate several different poses and combinations. You can decide on the day the combinations that you would like for your photos when everyone is in the studio.

The studio is best suited for family sizes of up to about 6.

We find that the 10 minute photoshoot sessions are plenty of time for us to photograph a number of different poses for both individual / family combinations.

Our print orders can be ordered in three standard sizes as follows (all in inches):

1. Small (6” x 4”)

2. Medium (8” x 6”)

3. Large (12” x 8)

These sizes are all standard photo sizes. If you wish to arrange your own mounting / framing, you should have no trouble finding frames to fit these sizes.

We do also offer some framing / mounting options as follows:

• Prints with card mounts embossed with Queen’s University of Belfast

• Framed prints (for medium or large prints only)

Samples of each will be available to view at your photoshoot so you know the sizes of the prints and the mounting / framing options.

For digital orders, you should be able to download any images purchased as soon as you have completed your order online.

For print orders, we aim to have all print orders printed and posted out within 48 hours of being placed online (within our normal business opening hours) with our standard UK postage being Royal Mail second class. International and faster delivery options are also available.

Please note that our studio is closed for just over two weeks for the July fortnight between 10 July to 25 July 2025 so any orders placed during this time will be printed and posted out during the week commencing Monday 28 July 2025.

Our regular studio address is in East Belfast at 393, Holywood Road, BT4 2LS. We just set up a studio near the Queen’s graduations while there are lots of graduates wanting graduation photos.
