We run our studio on both a pre-booked and a drop-in basis.

If you want to make ssre of o studio time, book using the booking button below. We offer 10 minute booking times from 9am to 6pm and are open throughout the day.

We charge a £ 30 booking fee for all pre-booked sessions. The booking fee guarantees your photoshoot time and includes a standard print pack of one large print and two small prints.

If you would like to upgrade to a higher value pack or just add an additional print on the day, you will be able to do so after your photos have been taken.

In the event that you need to change your booking time, you can amend your booking time online subject to there being available alternative time slots.

For the less organised (the care-free……. the dreamers…..) who choose to drop in, we have two studios running all day and will get to you as soon as a studio becomes available.

As graduates come out in waves around the ceremony times, if you can drop in before the rush, you will have minimal waiting time.

There’s plenty of space in the Hub to sit and relax while you wait.

Once you’ve had your photos taken, you can view them on a large screen and then argue amongst family members as to which ones are the best (!) and which you’d like to have printed in your pack.

If something’s not quite right, we can always retake a shot. Once you’re all set, we’ll print your selected photos for you to take home on the day.

We do both individual and family photos in the studio and we can accommodate several different poses and combinations. You can decide on the day the combinations that you would like for your photos when everyone is in the studio.

The studio is best suited for family sizes of up to about 6.

If you are looking for lots of different combinations, we’d suggest booking two 10 minute sessions back to back as that will allow for more time to accommodate multiple combinations of family members.

All photos taken in the studio will be posted online in a password protected proofing gallery for graduates and their families to view / order after the event. You will receive an e-mail to view your photos online when these are live and available to view after the graduation week.

Postage charges will apply to any orders that need to be posted to your home address.

If you would rather your images were not posted online, please let one of our staff know and we won’t create an online gallery for you.

Yes - we have two options for this. Either five images for £45 or your full album taken during your 10 minute photoshoot for £80. We will prepare the files and send you a transfer link using WeTransfer for the files that you have selected.

Our regular studio address is in East Belfast at 393, Holywood Road, BT4 2LS. We just set up a studio near the Queen’s graduations while there are lots of graduates wanting graduation photos.
